In the letter, Rev. Frimpong-Manso admonished the mainstream media to desist from taking Bishop Agyin-Asare’s statements out of context.

The letter explained that the sermons from which the statements of the Bishop were taken out of context were focused on life after Covid-19 and building a foundation for youth development.

Bishop Agyin-Asare, according to the press release, decried the attitudes of civil servants and some members of the clergy which have not been helpful.

The statement is in response to reports from the mainstream media that have sensationalised the harmless statements made by the presiding bishop in recent weeks.
