Be a man or woman of your word. When you promise or agree with your spouse to do something, do exactly that. It is better to pleasantly surprise your spouse than to promise and fail.
If you are not 100% sure of your capacity to deliver, don’t promise at all. Promising but failing to deliver leaves your spouse brokenhearted and makes your spouse not take you serious the next time. Be married for Life.
