It is wrong to automatically conclude that your spouse does not love you because he or she did something that hurt you. Sometimes a spouse who loves you can fail, out of ignorance, to realize the full effect of his or her action.
Your spouse may also wrongly think that what you don’t get to know will not hurt you. Offense does not automatically imply the absence of love. True lovers are not perfect. Be married for life.
